Does anyone have experience of the above? I'm 32weeks pregnant and in the last 2weeks I've ended up in the assessment unit with contraction like pains( 2nd child so I have an idea of what's happening). Both times I've been told I'm not in labour (which I'm pleased about) but I have an irritable uterus. What that means precisely I'm not sure, I'm just to expect contraction like pains on and off. I'm still at work(only part time) but on my feet all day and it's quite stressful, my last full day I ended up in the assessment unit for 6hours, how do you cope with the 2 together? What makes it less painful/likely to set it off?
Any advice would be greatly welcomed. I don't want to go off work sick but equally I'm struggling.
