Infection after miscarriage???

Help,

I was told by my OBGYN my baby had stopped growing at around 7 weeks. I waited for it to come out naturally which happened at around 11 weeks. I bled for about 2 weeks, stopped for 2 weeks and now I've started bleeding again...
There currently is no bad smell or raised temperature but my abdomen feels different to when I have a normal period. Should I be worried?

Have you done a pregnancy test to check nothing has been left behind? Sorry OP - it could just be a very long drawn out process.
If you do have a positive, you need a scan as 'retained materials' can be risky. Indeed if you have tender tummy that can be a sign so I would ring them back anyway and ask for a check up.

The period after a mc is known as the WTF cycle, and literally anything goes.

If you've no temperature or pain, and don't feel unwell, then you should be fine and it's probably just your body trying to get back to normal, but if in doubt go to your GP.
