Nausea/Sickness - Anyone tried Unisom/Doxylamine and B6?

I suffered moderately from nausea in my first pregnancy from approx 6-12 wks, not terribly and was only actually sick a handfull of times. Was maneagable

Since then I have had 2 MMC with no sickness with either.

I am now approx 5-6wks (unsure on dates) along and suffering from really strong nausea several hours of the day. Today has been a good day where I didn't have much for maybe 4 hours. But other days it's pretty much been constant and a lot worse in the morning / evening. Yesterday I struggled to do my job (i am speaking / presenting in meetings most of the day) and today luckily I had a day off so have had some rest. I am doing ginger tea, small dry nibbles, sea bands, the nevasic app, ice. You name it, i've got it but nothing is taking the edge off now It's just horrible.

Anyway I am wondering if anyone has tried the above remedy which is used in Canada widely and was used here and in the US for years. Apparently it's the safest treatment for pregnancy sickness and nausea you can get (medicinally obviously). Has anyone tried it?? DH has just been in and told me I must be mad to be considering it, he's obviously never had morning sickness!!! But I am interested to hear other's experiences.

Thanks Lozmatoz I'm already taking B6 but just interested to hear if anyone has tried it with Doxylamine which you can buy over the counter as it's apparently a very effective remedy.
