When do they start measuring a bump?

Hi ladies, apologies if this is a daft question but I am wondering at what stage the midwife will start measuring my bump to see if I am measuring above/below average? I'm only 21 weeks so I realise it is probably far too soon just yet, it's just I have a growth chart in the back of my notes and keep looking at it wondering where I would be on there.

I was measured at 17+4 and was 18cm which the midwife said was spot on (1cm per week or somesuch). Next appt is at 22w and will see where things are then. I'm in Edinburgh too.
