I'm not really even showing yet but can feel my bump starting to form. Lately at night I can really feel my uterus - feels kind of tight and I have trouble finding a sleeping position where it feels comfy. Am I just getting used to the feeling of having it there now that its growing more?

Yup. 14+3 and starting to struggle to get comfy in bed. Was Googling body pillows this morning. I can't twist in bed much either, so knees always have to be in line with body IYSWIM. I've been hugging a pillow from about 5 weeks to stop myself squashing my very tender boobs! Getting more odd twinges and pains in weird places too.

Strangely DH wasn't keen to feel my uterus. Apparently it's weird. Less weird than feeling an actual person wriggling in there in a few weeks/months time? Hmm

I was still lying on my stomach to read at around 18 weeks (I was on holiday, and definitely sunbathing on my tummy), but probably around 22 weeks I started having trouble being comfy like that. These days (almost 32 weeks), I keep waking up on my tummy, while being kicked quite a lot! It's not intentional, I have a pillow to try and keep me on my side, but it doesn't strictly work.

At 14 weeks I could definitely feel a hardening really low down, but all 'bump' was wind. It was HUGE though.
