Trying to guess gender, but not sure if there is even a nub!!

This scan was done at 13+5. I'm 16 weeks now and I'm dying to find out.

I thought I would come away from that 13 weeks scan with a lovely identifiable nub, but I'm just confused!

I have an appointment in less than three weeks to find out gender but can barely wait!

Gosh, I'm impatient.

Any advice or guesses greatly appreciated!

The nub to me says girl, but the skull shape says boy...

That's interesting re the skull theory as I have another pic from that day and the skull looks much different.

I agree with you re skull from my first scan pic.

Skull shape ? Rally interested to know this too. I think there is a little nub there :)

Sloping forehead with squared jaw = boy

Tapered forehead with rounded jaw = girl

This may be a stupid question but how do you tell the difference between sloping and tapered?

I still say boy from the second skull pic. Even though it is more feminine than the usual male skull shape.

The nub (if it is a nub) appears to be straight which indicates girl.
