I get a pressure down below and my baby was 3/5 engaged at my last check up. I often start to pee and then it feels like the baby's head drops and stops me so I never feel fully relieved. They suggest leaning forward and backwards as it helps to move pressure from the uterus. I've tried it but not sure it helps.
