4D scans

I'm 28 weeks and had a 4D scan yesterday, however the wee scamp has his hand over his face the entire time and would not wake up, despite me having just drank a bottle of lucozade! The images were so poor that I get to go back tomorrow for another shot but I just wondered if anyone had any tips? I hope he just puts his hand across his face when he's tired, otherwise tomorrow will be a complete washout too! I tried chocolate, jumping, rolling about the bed - nothing worked to get those pesky arms down!! Confused

I'm 27 weeks and my baby did exact same to me a few days ago :( I drank lucozade and went for 2 walks and nothing. Mines re booked for a couple of weeks. Hope he/she decides to let you have a peek this time :) xx

I was 28 weeks my daughter had her back to scanner etc, wasn't happening sonographer told me orange juice is the best thing she sent me up stairs twice, and for a walk of the hospital but after orange juice perfect, try this I did lucazade for my 20 week scan daughter slept through it all

Myn was burying her head in the placenta ( I have a anterior placenta this time) so we mainly got the sides of her face it was lovely though. My only suggestion would be sugary drinks and choc to wake baby up

At mine the technician got me walking around and changing positions in order to get her to move she didn't suggest the drinks etc. I only got one clear picture and you can only see the side of her face, the other side is blurred and we're not sure if it's her arm against the side of her ear or my placenta.sounds like yours gun?I had that one done at 22 weeks though which was a bit early. Dh wants another one but I'm 31 weeks now and it might be too late.
