SPD - should it be affecting my bladder/intestines this much?

Having horrible SPD pain all over pelvis and through to fanjo/anus. Spent most of last night up and down to the toilet (hence more pain) thinking my bowels/bladder were going to burst over the bed, but nothing coming out at all. When I turn over in bed I "hear" my intestines, I don't know how to describe it, , sound like they are clicking or gas is stuck and moving around but not coming out (would explain the feeling of needing to burst all the time.)
Is this normal SPD experience?

SPD is in your joints so shouldn't be affecting your intestines or bladder! How far along are you? Could be early labour or an infection?

6 months. I can feel it in my joints too, it's just having this odd affect on my bladder and intestines. Like they are constantly full to bursting... Think I may need a trip to the doc...

Definitely see your GP, the sooner the better.

I am 6 months with SPD and IBS to boot, plus taking steroids. I get terrible reflux but I am not getting the same feelings you do - is the baby sitting really low?
Definitely see your midwife / GP xxx

Yes the baby is low and also breech. Would this affect things? Just trying to work out where I can go as I am abroad...
