Was just about to hop into the bath, went to the loo beforehand and a big chunk of gooey snotty coloured mucus came out. It was bigger than a 50p piece and really quite tough. Not bloody tho, just a green snotty colour. Have rang my midwife who said to take it easy tonight and call her if I start gettin any pains or if my waters break. I feel fine, have overdone it a bit today, cleaned the house from top to bottom, brushed, mopped, ironed for two solid hrs and took the dog and my DS to the park so am shattered! Just wondered whether I should contact DP and let him know? He works nights, is not allowed his mobile on him, and it takes him over an hr to get home. I know people can get their show weeks before actually goin into labour...so should I just tell him in the morning or ring him and worry him in work???

I had a show at 36+3 but mine was bloody and went in to labour at 37+5 i had also blitzed the house beforehand,I was terrified I was going to go in to full blown labour any minute and dh was working 2hrs away they told me some people dont go in to labour for weeks after losing it but everyones different. Just keep an eye out for any signs if you are anything like me you'll be imagining signs all night!
