Just wanted abit of advice, I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but I'm 10+4 and woke up this morning with abit of a tender lower tummy. No pain just feels like I overdid it at the gym or something and is abit sore if I bend over.

Is this normal? I just put it down to stretching and things but now my mum has told me I need to get checked out!!! I had a 10 week scan on sat at everything was perfect, baby growing on target, moving around with good heartrate! X

Hi happily, any spotting? I would try not to worry but maybe if it gets worse or stays sore, check in with mw. I had a very bad stomach, cramps and indigestion around 10w Confused but all normal and on-target at the 12w. Also it could be how you slept, apparently on the left side is best, no idea why! Anyway, hope you're feeling better by now!
