Would that be a terrible plan? Or would it be manageable/adaptable?

Depends, I'm 22 weeks and still doing my normal class but I've been going for 1.5-2 years before.If you do it already you should be fine. If not, you'll probably want a "pregnancy" class as you might find it a bit much / the teacher may not want to accept you.

I think it really depends on the teacher. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and have been doing one class per week since about 20 weeks. My teacher is trained in prenatal pilates and tells me when to do modifications etc.

I did my class until 37 weeks first time, and 41 weeks second time, completely fine, but I'd been going to the same instructor for several years and she made adjustments to the exercises for me. I agree that you should probably go for a specific pregnancy class if you haven't done it before
