crippling headache

Had worst headache all day and can't take migraleve. Currently lying here taken paracetamol and headache stick thing with cold flannel on my head.
Midwife says they should get better in pregnancy mine seems to get worse x

So sorry. I had this as well. I found having a coke helped (caffeine really!). I tried this forehead strip things which never really helped. Try and rest ..... I had the same in my pregnancy ...... So can sympathize

How many weeks are you?
Don't you think you should get checked by midwife or Dr? Headaches can be symptom of pre-eclampsia.

I do know that feeling well, I had awful migraine type headaches for almost the whole 1st trimester with DS. I did actually find the blue sticky headache strips helped loads, but from memory I don't think the 4-head stick is recommended in pregnancy if that's what you are using (to do with the oils in it I think). Dark room and sleep was pretty much all that helped!

If you are further along though definitely get checked out in case of pre-eclampsia.

Im 13 weeks o suffered with migraine before so I know just that symptoms the same x

Midwife okayed forehead stick and paracetamol and just rest painful tho x
