Hypermobile joints - anyone else having to wear knee/ankle/foot supports as well as a belt for PGP?

Just wondering if there was anyone else out there to share experiences with! My physio says it's all very interesting - for her maybe, I'm not finding it so funny! With the supports, I'm ok, but without them, the joints are moving 'out' very easily. So I'm walking around with a belt on, knee supports, ankle supports and bound up toes. Well I say walking, but I went to the park yesterday without ankle supports (gentle walk on a flat surface) and have a swollen left ankle now. Am only 27 weeks Sad.
