Anyone else feel not pregnant at all?

I am 14 weeks and don't feel pregnant at all. Up till 11 weeks I had nausea and sore boobs and my stomach was visibly getting bigger. Now my stomach has shrunk, no symptoms at all and I just feel like it's gone if that makes sense. This is my second baby so I should be calmer but I had a mc in feb which is making me more paranoid than last time.

Anyone else like this ?

Hello- I could have written this post myself! I am 14 weeks and 3 days and I feel completely normal now after weeks of throwing up etc.....it worries me I must say, and I have wondered about mc too....especially as 20 week scan is weeks away! I guess this is just how you feel at our stage (hopefully) as there is no kicking etc, but morning s etc is largely gone.... I had to ask dh earlier if there was actually any kind of bump at all and it's as if I've imagined being pg!

I'm going to pay for a private scan at 16 weeks as I can't hold out til 20!

I was like this with my two until about week 16/17 then the aches, pains and heartburn kicked in. Now I'm week 29 I dream for those symptom free days!

Hi girls, if it makes any difference, I haven't felt pregnant all yet. I'm 9+4 and had a scan 2wks ago and everything was perfect.
I'd love a glass door on my belly to check up on things when I wanted to!

Ducky23 · 21/07/2014 19:37

I'm exactly the same. Almost 18 weeks with #2and haven't had hardly any symptoms Blush for my whole pregnancy!

Had a scan the other day and everything is fine Smile

Oh good so I am of the only one then ! Grin Have a midwife app next Thursday and she said she would check for a heartbeat so hopefully if she can pick it up that will call me, well for 24 hours at least!
Thanks for the replies

So glad you wrote this post as I am exactly the same! I am 13+4 and just starting to share my news but feel like a fraud because I don't feel pregnant! I do remember worrying at this stage with ds though as all your early symptoms start to subside and you just feel normal again until you start to feel movement and a bit of growth.

Although with DS i'm sure I did have a little bump at this stage but it could have just been me wanting to look pregnant because it was my first! It is worrying though.

Scoobsmam13 · 22/07/2014 07:44

This is my second and I am 16+4, at my scan 2 weeks ago I was in total shock that there was something there, I thought I would be told I had made it all up!
I am now sporting a little bump, and can feel movement.......and I still don't feel pregnant (although stairs feel like mountains and I eat marmite on everything!)

Heatherbell1978 · 22/07/2014 07:56

I remember feeling this way at about the same time (I'm now 36 wks). I had a lot of nausea which cleared about wk 13 and then it took until just after the 20 wk scan for my bump to arrive. That in between stage was very weird, I had no symptoms, no obvious bump (my boobs had grown and my jeans were feeling a bit tight though) and actually felt pretty good. Once the bump arrives properly you'll feel better; even then I had no symptoms though. Now I'm starting to feel big and a bit tired but I've had no bladder issues, no heartburn, no constipation and no problems sleeping as my bump is quite compact and straight out the front so doesn't bother me when I'm lying down. My mw keeps telling me to count my blessings! Hopefully my birth experience is as easy...hmmmmm!

kkllww · 22/07/2014 13:34

Yes, it's the same for me! i'm 12 weeks pregnant with 2nd and for the last week have felt back to normal; even my stomach looks a bit smaller than it did. I find myself pressing my boobs quite hard, just to 'check' if they're still sore!

RetroHippy · 22/07/2014 22:31

13 + 2 and looking forward to this bit! I'm hardly throwing up at all, I just feel sick most of the time. And my boob pain seems to have concentrated in my nipples now instead of being an all-over ache.

I do quite like my bump though Smile
And I'm a bit sad that it has got less 'inflated' in the last few days. Still no chance of fitting in my normal clothes ever again

blankfornames · 23/07/2014 07:44

Scoobs, funny that you mentioned your stairs being like mountains. I've been climbing those stairs for quite a while not but over the past week or two, I'm nearly breathless by the time I reach the top. What's all that about?! I wouldn't mind if I had a lovely big bump to show for it, but I don't!! Shock

Cantstayawake · 23/07/2014 09:31

I feel exactly like this at 14+2.
I had a mc last year and also worried though had 2 scans so far and all as it should be so not sure why I'm not reassured! Also my 2nd child so thought I would be less worried but can't seem to remember much about the first time round and don't think I was this highly strung!!
Hoping the weeks pass quickly to the 20wk scan though having a harmony test next Monday so think that not helping with worry.
Nice to know there's support on here!

Ellisisland · 23/07/2014 12:44

Glad I am not the only one! But feel in limbo at the moment. Have a midwife app next week hoping they can hear the heartbeat but not sure as I'll only be 15 weeks

Yes ive been feeling like this the last few weeks. Im 16 weeks now and apart from feeling a bit tired I don't feel anything. I lie there on the sofa willing the baby to move or kick but nothing really. Think I felt a kick the other day but cant be sure. Its my second baby and I was as sick as a dog until 18 wks with her and didn't feel her move until almost 20 wks so at least I feel a bit better with this one. Got 16 wk apt with midwife tomorrow so it will be nice to hear the heart beat.
