Bleeding at 20 weeks (tmi?)

So...
For the past day or two I'd noticed that it seemed like I was developing thrush (I've never had it before but it sounded like all the symptoms). I made sure i didn't wear right clothes or use perfumes and decided that if it didn't go away quickly I'd make a drs appointment.
Anyway, today it seemed much worse, stinging and painful etc. A few minutes ago I realised that I was bleeding bright red blood slightly. I can't see any cause for blood on the outside (had a quick mirror peek) so obviously felt a bit worried but I've felt the baby move today and I had a perfectly fine scan on Friday...
What should I do? Confused
(First pregnancy so no idea what's normal)

I would suggest calling your midwife or maternity unit asap to be honest. They will most likely want you to go in to be examined because it will need treating if it is thrush. The bleeding is probably linked but you can never be too careful! Good luck

I've had thrush it's been so sore it's bled too, It will only get worse when leaving it - you need to see your midwife/doctor and get advice for the cream+pessary to get rid of it. I would also ring and mention bleeding if you don't feel it is thrush related

I had a tiny bright red bleed at about 34 weeks and was diagnosed with mild thrush the next day. The two were definitely linked. The pessary and cream is fine to take and sorts it out straight away. Don't take the tablets.
