Haha, TheOnlySeven, that's ok! I'm sure an early baby has its own stresses… and having to wait 9 weeks for a smile not 5!

weebairn I know I feel guilty being secretly pleased to have 4 weeks left, I think I'll be climbing the walls if I somehow go until mid-September.

My youngest is only 14 months which doesn't help with the tiredness.

68!

Though I bet s/he'll be late....

Tomorrow I will be on a 12 week count down to section date. The stairs are killing me, it is carrying a 22 month old up when desperate for the toilet then persuading him to go down so I can pee, all whist trying not to wet myself. Curse this house for no downstairs toilet!

Am also 28 weeks with 2nd plus toddler and so glad im not the only one fed up, tired & hot. Going to the park in this heat was murder today. Really running out of ideas about how to occupy DS without exhausting myself. I'm afraid he's had a boring week and I've had to nap when he does because I'm not sleeping at night very well. Been up reading for 2 hrs in middle of night when can't sleep.

I was really pissed off between weeks 27 and 30 - just massively angry about my body's limitations because I had so much to do, and couldn't really do any of it at any reasonable speed. Grrrr.

Then school finished and I escaped from the greenhouse that was my classroom, and now everything is alright minutely better but I'm pathetically grateful for anything. It's the heat I think ladies - it's a bit too consistent, night time as well as the day. Sleep with some ice blocks in your bed (you know - those cool box ones, or the injury ice packs).. helped massively to actually get some sleep. Which in turn made everything else a bit better.

I agree it's the heat - 24+5 but just feel so tired at the moment. Last night was nice though - it was a bit cooler up here and went to Aquanatal so got to chill out in a nice cool pool and then come home with my hair still partly damp.

Just worked out I've got 39 and a half days left at work as I'm finishing just short of 36 weeks, but I've got 6 A/L days left to use so will probably finish the week before. Have also got Guide Camp the week after next so if it's still warm at least I'll be sleeping in a tent which will hopefully be cooler.

Was about to gripe the DH had gone out to a meeting without opening the window - but realised I could do it myself (with the aid of a badminton racket...) - this pregnancy has been an education in weird and wonderful ways to get round problems.
