and it's me...
i've recorded myself on an App and my snoring is just outrageous. (400 individual snoring things last night ranging from 10 seconds to a lot longer :-/)
i've tried those nose strips and they do nothing. OH is being nice but i know he isn't sleeping well because of it. i've got 7 weeks left and i think it isn;t helping my sleep either.
i snored before (i blame my big boobs!) but now it is just crazy.
even when i'm awake my breathing is quite heavy.
OH is going to have to sleep in another room (house?) soon which will be sad.
any ideas on what i can do? help!!!
