I'm 11 weeks pregnant and I have a feeling of pressure behind my eyes and a slight ache when I move them. Is it a sign of something/ should I be worried?

If in doubt, check with your midwife - most teams will have a number you can ring to ask non urgent questions.

Visual disturbances (floaters and flashing) can be a symptom of pre-eclampsia but I don't know if this can occur at this early stage.

It could be a migraine or raised pressure in your eyes. Speak to your midwife or GP as it can be a sign of pre eclampsia though a little early for it.

Eye changes can occur in pregnancy, my vision got worse while pregnant but righted itself soon after birth.

Pregnancy can also trigger migraines due to the hormones and be nothing to worry about.

Yes you should get that checked. Could be sign of high b/p or something more serious. Maybe call 111?
