It's not like the normal sore boobs you get during pregnancy, it's like a sharp stabbing pain, never experienced anything like this before, it's really painful and only in 1 boob. Any ideas ?

I keep getting this. Like a red hot needle being poked through my left boob!

OP is it a tissue pain or a chest pain?

I would say tissue. Yesterday picking up my 20 month toddler was agony, I'm 30 weeks so assuming it's milk gland related maybe Hmm

um..i have been having shooting pain below the right breast. its my 19th week and having it since 3 weeks. even taking off the bra doesnt helpuch.. Dr. said its just the organs being pushed upwards and since most of them (liver, gall etc.) reside on your right, we feel the pain.
make sure you are sleeping right...keep an open posture instead of tightening uo the shoulders whilst sitting. she gave me analgesic cream, it only soothes the area for a while but doesn't help much. it will go away on its own..as soon as the shifting is complete. still do tell your GP everything and every concern you may have.
all the best!
