Hi
Im 23 weeks today. I've felt baby move most of the day today and now ive just started getting these horrible pains in my stomach... They come and go.. I even have to use breathing techniques to get through them :(

Im feeling him move again as im writing this am I worrying over nothing??

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

It's more than likely to be Braxton hicks, sort of pretend contractions, google it though as I'm sure there's a time limit before you should get yourself do a & e

Good luck

Get a bath

If it stops it's nothing to worry about

BigSuprise · 12/07/2014 21:47

Warm bath and if it carries on then a quick call to the midwife. Better to check.

Emma91xx · 12/07/2014 21:51

How long would you wait to call?

See if it stops in the bath

If it doesn't call them

ShergarAndSpies · 12/07/2014 21:57

How long have you been having the pains?

OsMalleytheCat · 12/07/2014 22:00

If you're worried, call her now, that's what she's there for!

Observer78 · 12/07/2014 22:04

Gas? Constipation? May sound silly but those can make it hurt real bad. I used to be so frightened!

Emma91xx · 12/07/2014 22:04

Ive only had them tonight since about an hour ago...

Phone your midwife just to check. I phoned mine with awful pains which turned out to be trapped wind.Smile

I once went to A & E (whilst pregnant) with chest pains to be told I had heartburn Blush it sounds ridiculous now but at the time I was petrified and all the nurses were lovely, honestly just call your midwife it will put your mind at ease!
