I'm getting really moody latley. I'm in my first trimester. Is this normal? Can I do something to prevent it?

My DH would totally agree that this is normal! Grin - apparently I was very snappy and irritable during the first few weeks too although I totally disagree!!!

Can I take any allergy medicine? I can't breathe and it's giving me a headache?
