Hi everyone,

As I'm the first of my friends to have a little one they are insisting I have a baby shower (no thoughts or opinions on baby showers please!) and I thought a fun game would be a true or false on my daft pregnancy things.

For example of my trues;

I cried hysterically that there was no frosties in the house

I had an angry mood swing and tore a pillow apart with my bare hands

OH had to drive to 5 differnt shops at 10pm on a Sunday to get me chocolate nesquick milkshake powder

I cried for an hour when OH was, shall we say, visiting my lady garden with his face, told me I'd missed a hair shaving

My weirdest craving was a cod, beef and onion pasty.

I ate a large dominoes stuff crust to myself, then sat up till 3 am crying, burping, and farting as I was so bloated

So those above are a few of my trues. I was hoping you could share some of your crazy prego moments then I can steal them as my falses (I'm not very imaginative).

Thanks in advanced if anyone does share :)

These are so funny ladies! guitarosarus vomiting tomato soup made me laugh out loud for ages!! Sorry I don't mean to be insensitive!

When I was overdue I was so genuinely angry and gutted that both of MIL's cats had had their kittens before I had given birth. I didn't even want to see them!

I cried because we went to the wrong cinema to watch despicable me. Bawled my eyes out at the wasted £20.

I saw some yellow liquid in the bathtub and rather than washing it away, thought I had to know what it was. So I stuck my finger in it and licked it. Discovered cat had been peeing in the bath.

Recently had a meltdown at tesco as trying to buy malt whiskey as a thank you present and didn't know if scotch whiskey was the same thing. Had massive rant at poor assistant who said it was as thought he was just making up an answer so I'd buy it.

Cried at the Simpsons.

I made DH get up at 5:30am and help me find a new name for unborn DS as my sister had completely coincidentally picked the name we had originally chosen.

I couldn't wait until a more civilised time as I couldn't bare the idea that my unborn baby didn't have a name Confused

Thanks so much for sharing these!! They have really made me chuckle and I have some great 'falses'. Also read a few out to DP to let him know he's not the only poor sod putting up with constant tears :) xxx

I found out I was pregnant just before we went on holiday. Flying back a couple of weeks later, I was so bloated I couldn't do up my trousers. It was quite a look!

I had hyperemesis with my second dc and my eldest looked so concerned every time she saw me being sick that I tried desperately to cover it up. All I ended up doing was throwing up, trying not to cry and wetting myself all at the same time. Great!

Since having children I cry at everything. I use to be normal...

I can't think of any good stories atm but I've plenty of time as I'm only 19+3. Thanks for the laugh though, surprised I haven't wet myself I laughed so hard. Going to show dh some of these later. Loving the haribo and tomato soup stories!!

I have my own update to share. DP has been putting in lots of overtime as we have 10 weeks left. I've been going on and on how I want a harvester salad bowl, so last night we've gotten all dressed up (well I've gotten dressed in actual clothes) sat in a shed load of roadworks, pulled in the car park and I burst into tears as my tummy was hurting. We ended up getting KFC drive thru (about an hour lasted after sitting in he roadworks again) and eating on the sofa in our jim jams :)

Slashed myself up shaving as can no longer see what I'm doing and only realised when there was blood pouring down my legs!
Cried in mothercare as they had run out of my size in every item of maternity clothing. Lack of comfy and suitable maternity clothing has caused me more tears in this pregnancy than anything else.
Keep bumping into things, because I forget I have a massive bump and look at gaps I've always got through and can't compute that it may no longer be possible. Always seem to do this at embarrassing moments - like in important meetings.
