I have recently found out I'm pregnant with number 2, last time round I turned into a right fatty and though I did yoga and a bit of swimming it wasn't enough.
Can anyone recommend any good dvds or YouTube videos with good work outs?

Thank you. X

I do yoga and swimming, also walking. Very good for fitting in around your routine (you have to go places, might as well walk) and seems to work!

Caroline Sandry's pilates is really good - probably won't help with weight gain as it's quite gentle, but it's great for maintaining strength and sorting out aches and pains. It was a miracle for my pregnancy backache!

I'm doing Erin O'Brien exercise DVD and also one called 10 minutes pilates. They are both quite good. I also have a yoga one by Tara Lee but it's very gentle. More like relaxation.

Im using Michelle Heatons Active Pregnancy. I like it. It changes with each trimester. I felt like I had a good workout from it but at no point felt it was too much because I am pregnant

I was the same in my first pregnancy (with about the same level of exercise by the sounds of it). I'm not doing any more formal exercise this time but am generally more active - chasing round after a toddler rather than sitting on my arse stuffing my face at a desk all day. I'm watching what I eat this time too - not in terms of restricting calories or anything, just trying to make healthier choices.

I've put on about half as much weight.

Same as other poster, I bought Erin O Briens exercise DVD and Tara Lees yoga DVD. I did the Erin O Brien once and wow, I ached for days!! So yes it's good.....Tara Lees one is really good too and I find it more challenging than the class I go to so I do this quite a lot. I've walked to and from work throughout my pregnancy (4k each way) and a weekly yoga class which has kept me pretty trim.
