Am 37 weeks and thought I had gone through virtually every pg ailment going. However this weekend have developed (whispers) Piles....oh the shame .
Have tried cream, but still so sore. Not constipated or anything like that, just an enormous baby.
Plus - why am i having nosebleeds all of a sudden?

Not sure of the nosebleeds, but I had piles. Went WAY worse after giving birth (never mind grapes, I had bloody MELONS) but with the cream they went away v quickly. Old tick, but the sitting on the rubber ring thing does work (if a trifle embarrassing), salt water bathing of the area helped too.

Thanks for that. Do they get worse during delivery. the thought of them sticking out whilst I am on all fours. Oh the absolute SHAME.

Just leave your dignity at the door and pick it up on your way out. (thats what I was told)

Iklboo · 11/09/2006 14:41

Yeah - in fact, ask your DH/DP to bring your dignity in with him when he comes to take you and LO home!
The last thing the mw is going to be worried about is your bottom fruit

I get nosebleeds when my hormones go haywire, so lots towards the end of pregnancy. I tend to get more if I am anaemic too.

Piles - pretty much what Heavenis said I'm afraid

LOL at "bottom fruit".

Maybe will add dignity to birthing bag for after the birth...

oooh....so sore though.

Friend up scholl said you have to push them back in
