I'm 31 weeks pregnant with dc3. I've been feeling sickly and off all day, and have just had some horrid vomiting. It's come out of the blue, although after a weekend of doing too much - all day walking around at peppa pig world on Friday in the hear with dds1 and 2 and then some big walks yesterday.

Is there a ur Eason for me to call he hospital/ dr today or should I wait and see how I feel tomorrow? Actually feel a lot better since I was sick.

I have found that since 30 weeks I'm vomiting again, about once every couple of days, and often after a busy day and/or eaten something too rich or too much food. My midwife said that sickness can return in later pregnancy, (I was very very sick during first trimester) and reading threads on here it seems common. But if it seems to be very frequent then maybe it would be worth calling? I just expect to be sick now, it's never quite gone away since Janurary, just calmed down to once in a while!

I don't think vomiting is anything to worry about. I was sick a lot during the first trimester but I'm now 33 weeks and it's recently returned. Just one of those things, I guess.

Thanks, that's good to know. I never had this in my previous pregnancies so got a bit worried but will see how things go

I'm 30 weeks and have been sick a couple of times. No runs, and it goes quickly. I also get reflux. I think it's to do with my internal digestive organs being a bit squashed! :)

Thanks all, was up all night being sick so went to gp this morning. All usual checks were fine so she thought it was most likely a 24 hour bug as lots going around.
