Hi, im 14 weeks tomorrow and from around dinner time onwards I cant stop eating, Im still feeling very queesy for the first few hours and can just about keep down my morning brew, once it passes thats it nothings seems to be filling me. Im just worried im going to put loads of weight on, I was a size 16 before falling pregnant and now apart from elasticated pants I cant fit into any bottoms already. I have been pregnant 3 times before (last tme twins) and dont remember feeling like this until much later on.
Im obviously trying to have as much fruit and veg and keep things healthy as possible but im really struggling anyone any tips?

I put on a lot of weight with DC1 (5 stone Shock) and am determined not to do it this time, but like you get so hungry!!
Im 14+2 and find that grazing through the day rather than eating meals is helping when I feel like that. I always have raw sugar snap peas, grapes or shelling peas to eat and am drinking more water and it does keep me going. It has eased off for me though the last week or so mind you, although last time it started up again when i was further on.

I find having a big breakfast and big lunch and then just a small snack/fruit for dinner to help. Stops the over snacking.

Thanks for replies. I put 3 stone on in my first pregnancy and luckilly lost it pretty easy, my second I put on 4 stone and took me a year to loose it and then I put on 5 stone with the twins lost 3 stone very easy tbh but took me about 18 months just to loose the other stone not been able to get back under a 16 since no matter how hard ive tried so im getting a bit worried.

I will try and force a better breakfast on me to see if it helps im just struggling to manage anything other than tea and toast before dinner time.
