I went to the loo yesterday (no2) and it seemed that what looked like loads of blood also came out of my back area definitely not the front.

I googled it and came up with piles but there's nothing outside to see or feel so what could it have been .

Could be internal piles. Try some anusol; you can 'apply it' inside. Have you been constipated? would be worth getting some medical advice if it continues.

Not loads but yes, if you're constipated you can end up tearing or having piles in your back passage.
If they get painful or worse, visit your GP.

Mine stopped when I sorted my constipation a bit.

Could also be a split. Think it's called a fissure? Should heal by itself. Happens sometimes if constipated.

Mmolly2013 · 05/07/2014 22:36

I haven't been constipated at all

Prob best to go see your GP, but it's most likely piles.

Bright red blood is usually ok. If it's bright red it usually means it's a fissure or piles.

If it was old blood you should definitely get checked out as this can indicate a more internal problem.
