hi,
i'm 30 weeks pregnant and have been trying to keep a little bit active. i walked home from work today - i do try to twice a week or so - it takes just over an hour. i walk very slowly!
however 1/2 way home i got a stitch type feeling but it wasn't pain pain if you know what i mean. since i've come home i've eaten and had my feet up (lovely cankles going on) and have a stomach ache which feels quite odd, a bit like period pains but not really bad.
does that sound alright?! i'm thinking maybe i over did it in the heat and all that and hoping that nothing else is happening! i might get an early night and see or do you think i should call someone? i'm a bit confused!!

call the midwife, they won't mind and it will put your mind at rest. it's probably as you say, you just overdid it a bit but won't hurt to get some reassurance X

Iam 30 weeks and keep having episodes like this, I think it is either indigestion, or baby grinding around down there. I also lost a nice chunk of mucous plug last week! I think sometimes your body starts prepping early.dc3 for me so I'm not too worried as it doesn't feel like labour to me :)

I'm also 30 weeks and had an episode like this tonight in fact. My bump was hard as a rock and I was having pains similar to a period. As soon as I laid down and had some water it went. Try resting. If it doesn't go or if the pain is coming and going then call the midwife.
