So, I've just found out I'm pregnant with DC3 (arrrrrgh!). All I can remember about pregnancy is tiredness, nausea, discomfort and raging emotions, however, I am determined to enjoy this pregnancy as much as is humanly possible, it being my last.

So, please share any top tips for having a wonderful pregnancy!

It was a yoga teacher who said to rest lots in first 14 weeks but you've all inspired me so went for gentle jog last night which made me feel amazing (I'm a runner anyway so not overdoing it). Super impressed by cycling for 40 mins per day throughout pregnancy!

Feel amazing so far and really excited it it's a timely reminder that this may be the calm before the storm, I reckon the tired and sickness will really hit next week. I wish there was a wonder supplement!

Love the tip about not overdoing it at weekends...I can imagine doing gardening or cooking for ten then dying.

I've been jogging (very slowly) up until 25 weeks. I'm 28 weeks and still feel like I could jog now but I've been advised by personal trainer to keep HR under 140, which is now almost impossible to jog and keep it that low, so I slow jog-walk and wear a HR monitor. I actually found exercise extremely hard weeks 7-10 and almost didn't do anything.
