2 Positive Pregnancy Test Before Period But Now Spotting??

Hi All :D I Took A Pregnancy Test On Sunday (29th) And It Came Out Positive And I Took Another Test This Afternoon And Again Was Positive!!! (1st July) :D Feeling Slightly Worried Now Because Having Cramping And When I Went Too The Restroom And Wipe (Sorry TMI) There Was Pink Spotting On The Tissue! :( :(

(Sorry For TMI Again But I Am Slightly Sore Down Below But Isn't Thrush)

Could This Be The Reason I'm Spotting??

Please Help!! Feeling Very Worried!!

My Period Is Mean't Too Be Due On The 3rd July!!!

Hi. I had cramps and pink spotting when my 1st period was due after taking test..so v early pregnancy...i'm currently at 40 wks +5 being induced! So don't panic...it may just be an implantation bleed. If it gets heavier with red blood then see the Dr.
