Due to feeling so ill at work I'm so behind with stuff the thought of going in tomorrow scares me because I just have so much to do. Please tell me it gets easier?!

How far along are you? What are your main symptoms/issues?

If you're really ill then call in sick. I had a few days off in the 1st trimester of both pregnancies. So did most people I know. I bounced back after a few weeks.

10 weeks and nausea, sickness, extreme fatigue. I'm also feeling very sorry for myself!!!

You're protected by law so if you need to take sick leave you absolutely should, and it won't count on your sickness record. I had 6 weeks off in my first tri, and will have another 7 off for this tri because of extreme sickness, and even though I felt guilty at first I've resigned myself to it. If there was ANYTHING I could do to feel better and be more productive I'd have done it already!
