Hi I'm 30+4 and I'm having horrible pains in my leg. I woke up this morning feeling sick and my stomach hurts when ever I touch it. Is this normal or does it mean baby is getting into position? This is my first baby so I have no idea. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be causing the pains? Thanks in advance

The baby could have moved into a bad position at night maybe pressing on something that could be causing the leg and stomach pain. Perhaps spend the day resting and if you still feel the same tomorrow get in touch with a midwife or your gp for reassurance. Im 32 weeka now and ive started to get sore hips in the mornings but Im putting that down to my joints softening up for the birth and lying on them all night Smile
