28 weeks pregnant. Got painful stomach cramps, diarrhoea and vomiting. Feel awful. What do I do? NHS direct now or sleep and see how I go?

I'd call. Haven't got anthing useful to offer I'm afraid but I'm sure it's better to call. Hope you feel better soon.

Drink plenty. Horrible for you but most stomach bugs go withing 24h or so and make you feel horrible but don't affect the baby. When I was about 28 weeks, me, my husband and even the cats spent 24-48h bent over the toilet/bin. Plenty of bleach to try to reduce transmission and don't get dehydrated. Little sips often might be easiest to keep down. If you do think you're dehydrated (not peeing or managing to keep water down) or develop other symptoms then phone NHS direct. Poor you. Get well soon.
