Hi can someone help me please!

I just found out I'm pregnant at 1-3 weeks I'm having pain in my right side off my lower back and on and off pain at the bottom off my stomach had anyone else had these pains during early stages off pregnancy.

Hi, might be worth phoning NHS direct to check out the symptoms, but it's most likely nothing. I had a lot of pains early on, even got sent for early scan to check it wasn't ectopic, but all was fine & it was just my body readjusting.
