Anti sickness tablets

Just wondering what the general consensus is about taking anti sickness tablets? I have awful morning sickness but am reluctant to take anything in case it harms the baby. I am 9 weeks pregnant.
Any advice gratefully received !

I got some prescribed but decided against taking them having read the leaflet. Instead I've started taking vitamin B and Zantac. Only 2 days in but feeling much better so fingers crossed!

I've been taking them for a couple of years for another issue (emetophobia) and continued taking them during the first tri as the idea of me being sick was too much for me to take. I was explained all the side effects by my GP and it proved more beneficial to stay on them than suffer. Now 23 weeks and Dd is fine and growing well and I've even weaned myself off the tablets. (Tbh it was harder coming off the anti sickness tabs than it was to come off my anti anxiety meds)

Hi, here is a patient information leaflet that summarises all of the available scientific information about various anti sickness treatments in pregnancy. Hope this is helpful
