Maternity note abbreviations

My Obs Consultant has written Ceph then an M in a circle and then what looks like FA and a P in a circle. I know Ceph means head down but no clue about the rest of it.

Any ideas?

I think FA means fetal activity?
Mine always say FA seen/felt

Would p mean present I wonder?

I don't know what the M beside cephalic means tbh. Maybe it's the specific cephalic position, i know there are a few, left something, right something etc etc.

I really shouldn't guess I know!
