I have always had a stomach of cast iron and nothing has ever made me gip! But at the minute everything is making me wretch from petrol stations to my own poo ( sorry I know that's a bit grim) but can anyone give me some advice or something that may help?

I'm guessing gipping means gagging?

I find my sickness is worse when I'm hungry, so even though eating anything seems like torture, do it. Something to do with blood sugar levels. Also everyone recommends ginger but that does fuck all for me!

Good luck!

I have no advice. I've been doing this every day from week six until now (week 30). It's grim. Smells are the worst, and you can't avoid them!
