Been to midwife today and looking through now what she has written. Has written Tr and said to the trainee midwife that means trace under the urine column. This has never happened in any of my pregnancies before normally just says NAD.

Anyone know what this means? Midwife didn't say anything so pressume everything is ok.

a trace of protein perhaps?

If it was sopmething to worry about she would have told you

it will either be a trace of protein or a trace of sugar. A trace of protein could just mean a little bit of vaginal discharge was in your wee sample. A trace of sugar could mean you had eaten or drank something sugary not long before you did your sample. Either way, a trace of either is not a problem - a larger amount would be but not just a trace. (They really should have told you though!!)
