It's the only way you'll find out, other people's experiences won't tell you whether you're likely to be pregnant or not. If you don't want to pay for a home test then see the doctor.

by time i get to see doctor i might as wait till pay dy and get test

£14????? pregnancy tests are cheaper then that. Go to Tesco's and get 1

You can get them from the Pound shop - they're not sophisticated but they work just the same. Or get a chemist's own brand one, Superdrug do one for a few pounds. Again, not sophisticated but they work.

Most doctors won't do pregnancy tests anymore, go to your nearest Sexual Health Clinic they do them for free.
But bleeding inbetween periods on the pill is normal, well it was for me, Did you have sickness with your tummy bug? you would have needed to be throwing up to make your pill ineffective. Bleeding can also occur with a missed or late pill. Remember also to read your pill booklet on missed pills with some you can take it late at it is still effective.
