Hey ladies,

I was just interested to hear how pregnancy affected your boob size. I promise I am in fact a 30 year old woman and not some pervy teenage boy!!

I have never had much in the way of boobs, and wear 32 or 34B bras. They are hugely uncomfortable, but I can't bring myself to buy the 30D that I should apparently be wearing (I can't get my head around how my tiny boobs could be a D!!).

Anyway, I would love to hear whether you ladies got impressive pregnancy cleavages, and whether they stayed bigger after the fact, or if they returned to your pre-pregnancy size.

I am dreaming of the days when I put on dresses and have a proper cleavage, so I'd rather know now if this bubble is going to be popped in reality...

I was previously a 34Cish pre pregnancy and quickly shifted into sports bras from Asda as my boobs were so sore. No actual clue what size I am atm as I now live in sports bras but I hasten to add, they have definitely increased in size!

I was 32 E and now at 19 weeks I'm a 34 f they've not been this big in previous pregnancies but they're huge! Very veiny and nipples like peanut m&ms!

38m was the largest I measured (didn't do it when the milk came in. That may have been off the scale). After feeding for a month i went back to usual 36gg, carried on feeding for a year.
With dd2 i was slimmer but still went from a g to k.
This time they're heavier but not growing much (phew!)

I was a 30DD before my pregnancy. I'm carrying small and still fit into some of my size 8 trousers at 26 weeks, yet my boobs are now a ginormous 34F. People keep commenting that the baby has got lost and is growing in my boobs. It's annoying because none of my tops fit, even the loose ones that have plenty of room around the stomach, all due to the boobs.

God help me when my milk comes in!

I was 34G per pregnancy then 34HH by about 10 weeks. Now 39 weeks and tending to wear old 36G/GG as back measurement is bigger but no further increase in cup size.
This is my second pregnancy though and I think the change was more dramatic first time round.

This thread makes me very jealous! I am a paltry 34A and got my hopes up when pregnant with son that I would suddenly gain a chest to speak of, but nope - stayed 34A all the way through, even when my milk came in. Will no doubt be the same this time too.

BumpNGrind · 02/07/2014 09:39

Be careful what you wish for kkllww, you may also have the digestive biscuit nipples as well!!

With DS I started 30FF and was in 34H by 20 wks and was in 34H nursing bras while I bfed for 18mo. Was back in 32G once I gave up, so basically back to same size - I wasn't as skinny hence the slightly bigger size.

Am now 21wk pg with DC2 and am already in a 36H. They're mahOOSIVE.

Am terrified at what's going to happen when my milk comes in.... Am hoping they'll stabilise as they increased during first 20weeks last time so hoping that's it now.

My boobs are also clearly ruined after two pregnancies and one bfing. One nipple points downwards and one points to the side :/

God knows what they'll be like once I've finished bfing the second one....

Well, I guess this is what they're for after all!

Just started another thread on boobs and then found this one!

When I went for a fitting at Bravissimo, they recommended going one back size up ie. from 32 to 34 and keeping it on the tightest catch and then gradually letting it out as I expand during pregnancy. Same cup size for me. That way the bra will last a while (unless cup size changes, which it's not doing for the moment). So I was a 32E, which was getting too tight, now the 34E has a little bit of room, but comfortable and supportive. I'm 15 weeks btw. I also have to wear my bras round the clock, as it's too painful to sleep without.
