I'm about 9 weeks and for the last week or so I've had really bad coccyx pain when sitting down, and especially when rising back to a standing position. To the point where it takes my breath away for a moment. Trains and office/dining chairs are the worst, even when padded or I'm sitting on a big cushion.
Got this towards the end of last pregnancy so surprised it's happened already this time. Any tips on how to relieve/help/stop the pain?
