Rash on hands (pic included)

Have just noticed that I have a small rash on the palms of both hands- I noticed yesterday one of the "lines" on my right hand was quite red but didn't think anymore of it.

I'm 33 + 4, I feel quite rough, headache, light-headed but have been feeling like that for weeks and tests have all been clear. Anyone had anything similar?

I haven't used any different products whatsoever, haven't done any gardening etc.

Looks a bit like burst capillaries - have you leant hard on anything?

No coolcat not that I can remember and certainly not with both hands (I have horrendous pgp and am not very active!).

Wee cheeky bump in case anyone else recognises this. Can't phone GP (don't take calls after 10.30am) and doesn't seem bad enough to bother hospital with.

Hey i have the same “rash” on one palm and have been feeling sick but only for a week but my “rash” just appeared. Do you know what it is? i’m not pregnant or anything i’m only 15 and extremely scared
