there have been a few raspberry leaf tea tablet threads lately! it's ok to take them now ( just started myself - I'm 35 weeks) tablet form is supposedly more effective as the hot water does something to the herbs?? pharmacist told me

it's suppose to prepare and tone your uterus for delivery and make the pushing stage a bit easier. How? have no idea really. didn't take with dd1 ( long labour) but did with dd2 ( much quicker) don't know, but I'm taking them again!

I have the actual tea bags here and it says to drink it from 36 weeks, not sure about tablets.

Ah, I drank tea for last few weeks (from 36??) but it was vile IMO, and i like herbal tea, so tablets sound good. I used clary sage oil in my bath for the last 4 weeks too, oin advice of reflexologist (was 2 weeks overdue so did not bring on labour! but after being induced went from 2cm to 10am in 45 mons so think it did some good!)

I drank the tea - had leaves to put in a little strainer, had great births...
