Have found a link that may be of help pelvic partnership . Also here are a couple of websites for big pants for support here and here .

Have never suffered SPD before but imagine it must be a nightmare, its uncomfortable enough just being pregnant.

This is a good site & they are also able to reccommend things when you call too.
Having had severe SPD from wk 16 of this pregnancy & now being on crutches, wheelchair & now bed bound would reccommend this site to anyone suffering or their friends & family
