Round ligament pain

I am fast approaching 32 weeks (friday) and have been experiencing some pretty hellish jabbing pains in my lower belly. Right about in the trouser line and im fairly confident its just ligaments stretching out. I have experienced it before but it didn't last all day and certainly didn't hit when I wasn't doing anything physical.
But now even if im laying still, I am still getting some quite painful twinges. And when baby gets very active he sure knows where to punch to make it hurt lol.
Any mums out there got any tips for easing RLP?
I have been sleeping with a pillow for bump support and it doesn't seem to be doing much.

I'm not convinced you've got rlp. I've suffered from rlp, sciatica and spd for many months and your pains actually sound like the third trimester pains I now get rather than any of the 'other' pains iyswim.

My cervix causes all sorts of aches and as the baby gets lower and lower the twinges get more painful. This sounds a lot like your pain - especially as it isn't linked to any particular movement.

I've not found medicine appropriate. I just like to think this pain is 'good' as it must be contributing to sonething useful for labour (despite the twinges being eye wateringly painful at times! ).

Fx your pains do not get worse and hope they do not affect your sleep too much.

good luck!
