is 37wks pregnant too late to start/make a difference?

It's never too late! Start now and definitely try to continue after birth - during feeds is a good time as you're kind of stuck there anyway. It's not just pregnancy and post-partum they're good for but preventing prolapses & incontinence 20-30 years down the line. Get squeezing! Grin

Not a bad price though Squizita These posh fanjo weights look a bit less Shock but the price is Shock instead!

After x4 DC's I am tempted to get them though.

It's never too late to do pelvic exercises, apparently I am meant to be doing 150 a day at least.

Just to warn you before you waste your money like I did you can't use the weights whilst pregnant!
