Dizzy spells

I have just found out i am over 4 weeks pregnant after over a year of trying. But since the weekend i am suffering from dizzy spells, mainly on the school run to pick my 9yr old daughter from school, its only a few minutes away from me, im starting to panic every time i go outside now just in case i faint or something, its getting me down. I am going to the doctors on monday because they were fully booked this week... Did anyone else have dizzy spells during the first weeks? i didnt experience this with my 1st baby, but i did use to have panic attacks when i was younger so wondered if it may of triggered it of, or is it just worry!

Yeah I got really tired and dizzy... hormones eh?

But do see your Dr because low iron can be a problem but you need special supplements when pregnant, you can't just take any old ones.

Congratulations! I suffered with low blood pressure in pregnancy that caused dizziness and occasional fainting. Only thing that helped was keeping my blood sugar stable so eating frequently and drinking plenty of water.

Ok thank you! My doctors appointment cant come round quick enough!! I could of had this morning at 9am but i wouldn't of got there in time after school run! It seems to be a normal thing so that has made me feel better!
