Pregnancy Snoring

I'm 35+4 and I've never been a snorer (so I'm told) however in the last week or two I've been making a right old noise. Its so bad my boyfriend can't sleep, even if he tries to sleep downstairs or in the spare room. It even wakes me and the dogs up!!!

I understand that baby is taking up space and crushing things inside but surely it shouldn't be this bad?

Any tips on how to try and stop it?

This happened to me too. Used to wake myself up. Only cure I found was giving birth I'm afraid..........

I think it's something to do with the nasal passages being congested and making more mucus. I'm suffering with this, and my partner is beside himself some nights. I make sure I have albas oil on a tissue next to my bed, put nasal strips on my nose and have a nasal spray to clear my nose. He reckons it's better when I do this.

Me too. I only usually snore when I have a cold or sleep with my neck in an awkward position. At 29 weeks however, I snore like a train. My husband keeps having to retire to the spare room!

I totally had this when pregnant recently! Never snored before, but literally keeping DH awake every night!! Had vcongested sinuses too...tried strips, olbas...stopped soon as I had the baby! Sympathies!

I can actually hear myself and wake myself up

I'm loving it. Dp is a terrible snorer and this is the second pregnsncy I've snored through the last trimester. Revenge is sweet
