Boys or Girls???

Hi All,

I'm currently 16weeks expecting id twins. At my scan today I asked my consultant if she could tell the gender and she said...

"tell your husband he had better buy himself a shed"

I assumed this to mean they were girls and he'd need a shed to hide in. However when I told him he took this to mean he'd need a shed to keep all the boys toys in!

What do you guys think?

Girls! What an odd way to tell you. Why didn't you ask her to be clear? That would do my head in waiting 2 more weeks

I immediately assumed boys. Boys tinkering about in sheds building and repairing things with their Daddy.

I agree though, what a stupid way of her telling you.

I'd be more offended that the consultant assumed girls wouldn't enjoy hanging out in the shed with their dad, or that their dad wouldn't find plenty of things to do with his twin daughters.
